User Content

You agree not to use the Agent platform to create or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes upon any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Abruptive LLC or any third party.
Commercial Licensing
Agent Plus members or above are hereby granted a commercial license to use the output from all generations for business or commercial purposes. This commercial license encompasses the rights to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform the work produced by using Agent.
Conversely, members without an active plan are granted a license strictly for personal use. The personal use license allows these members to use, reproduce, display, and perform the work produced by the software for non-commercial, personal purposes. Any use beyond the scope of personal use as defined herein will be considered a violation of this agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Abruptive LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Agent Platform, your content and materials, or your violation of this Copyright/Licensing Policy.
Changes to Licensing Policy
Abruptive LLC reserves the right to change or modify this Copyright/Licensing Policy at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Agent Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
